A prelude to nerdosity.

As you may have noticed, from both my relentlessly pink layout and the white letters emblazoned over the top of it, I am a girl. An even closer reading will reveal that I am also a geek. There is certainly no shortage of my kind on the internet, but nevertheless I felt inspired to make a blog based purely around the fact that I am socially awkward and like spaceships and unicorns. I choose not to adopt the kind of dry, factual tone that dominates many blogs - I'm young, vivacious, and far too lazy to cultivate such an air of professionalism. Instead I'll just yammer on in the manner I'm used to. So, you know. Be ready for that.
